14/03/13 - Echo acquires Bristol based customer service centre

The Group is delighted to announce the acquisition of Callcredit Information Group's Bristol based customer service centre by Echo Managed Services (Echo).

The Bristol based customer service centre teams provide multi-channel, multi-functional complex contact management to both public sector and blue chip clients. Their services include inbound contact handling, helplines, database management and campaign planning, automated call handling and subscription services. By combining highly trained staff with high specification technology the team ensure that excellent service is delivered to both clients and consumers.
