Leadership change at Cambridge Water and South Staffs Water
South Staffordshire Plc announces a change of managing director at its regulated water companies, Cambridge Water and South Staffs Water.
Integrated Services Group South Staffordshire Plc has today announced that Andy Willicott will shortly step down from his role as Managing Director of Group businesses Cambridge Water and South Staffs Water to pursue external opportunities, and will leave the Group before the end of the year.
Whilst a robust recruitment process is carried out to appoint a new Managing Director to lead the businesses forward, Charley Maher, Group CEO at South Staffordshire Plc, will assume responsibilities and continue to support the existing leadership team with both current priorities and future plans.
In a joint statement, Charley Maher, Group CEO at South Staffordshire Plc, and Lord Chris Smith, Chair of the Board at South Staffordshire Water said:
